Hi there! Just stopped by to share with you the beauty & essence of the Elderflowers.
Last week my husband & I, were harvesting the elderflower trees from our garden in order to do our first honey wine ( mead ) with a touch of this fragrant flowers which we both love.
It was a cool proces as we took the flowers off their stems to avoid any potential poisoning which can occur due the chemical compounds of the stems, sort of stepping into the safe side. Took us more than an hour for all this preparation, yet it felt like an active meditation.
Of course I was not missing the opportunity to take some pictures of the beauty of the Elderflowers in order to share them with you.
