About a week ago, I had the opportunity to take pictures of a colleague of a very dear friend. She loves me very much and always recommends me. Sometimes she even gets me in a bit of trouble because she sells me as if I were the best in the world 😆😅. Then you just have to adjust to the expectations 😂.
Well, the purpose of the agreed session was to take family pictures due to Dis' pregnancy. She wanted pictures on the shore of a beach and we live in a coastal city, it is true, but the beach areas are not very common in the center of Havana and getting to the eastern beaches is a good distance that we prefer to save. I set myself the task of researching places that could be useful for this purpose, and I had two candidates.
I contacted my photographer friends 
The whole process went very well. The kids they have are really sweet. The older son, a very polite and kind boy, the younger one was a green-eyed brilliant with a fun personality. I have to compliment them because we are not always so lucky as photographers hehe.
She had asked me how long it would take and I told her about an hour and a half. At the end she was amazed that exactly one hour and twenty minutes had passed when I hadn't even checked the time. Tricks of the trade 😉.
It was a very fun Sunday, even though it was work, I laughed a lot with her kids and her very obliging but cooperative husband 😆. A lot of the photos we ended up taking were natural, unposed moments. It's hard to get people to feel light and natural while someone is photographing them, and she also had some specific ideas she wanted to capture. Luckily, we were able to get both types of images.

Hace una semana atrás aproximadamente, tuve la oportunidad de hacerle fotos a una compañera de trabajo de una amiga muy querida. Ella quería fotos en la orilla de una playa y nosotros vivimos en una ciudad costera, es cierto, pero las zonas de playa no son muy comunes en el centro de la Habana y llegar a las Playas del este es un buen tramo, que preferimos ahorrarnos. Me di ala tarea de investigas lugares que podrían servir con este fin y tenia dos candidatos.

Todo el proceso fluyó muy bien. Los hijos que tienen son realmente encantadores. El hijo mayor, un chico muy educado y afable, el pequeño era un pilluelo de ojos verdes y personalidad divertida. Tengo que alabarlos, porque no siempre tenemos tanta suerte como fotógrafos jeje.
Ella me había preguntado cuánto tiempo tardaríamos aproximadamente y yo le dije que alrededor de una hora y media. Al finalizar, se asombró cómo habían pasado exactamente una hora con veinte minutos si yo no había revisado la hora ni una sola vez. Gajes del oficio 😉
Fue un domingo muy divertido, a pesar de que fuera trabajo, me reí mucho con sus niños y con su muy obligado aunque cooperativo esposo 😆. Muchas de las fotos que terminamos haciendo fueron tomadas en momentos naturales, sin posar. Es difícil acostumbrar a las personas a que se sientan ligeras y naturales mientras alguien las fotografía, además que ella también tenia algunas ideas especificas que quería recrear. Afortunadamente pudimos tener de ambos tipos de imágenes.
Me encantó esta experiencia y ella también se sintió muy feliz con sus fotos. Espero que a ustedes les gusten y comenten si como fotógrafos han tenido tantas personas a su cargo en una sesión o te ha tocado ser modelo de este tipo de fotografiar.
