A couple of days ago I had a session in one of the studios where I work as a photographer, this time I had to portray Nayelis. The girl is an athlete, she practices beach volleyball, and many times these girls although they have an admirable figure, do not feel comfortable in their body in front of a camera because they say they look very "masculine", because of their developed muscles, or the shape that the body is having as they grow up practicing strong exercises daily.
Hence, one of our objectives was to try to bring out from Naye, much of that feminine side that was clearly visible in her, in addition to the natural beauty she possesses. This black dress lent itself only to what we wanted, as the idea was to look for delicacy, sensuality and strength as well, as this is a trait that is part of her, both physically and emotionally.
We played with a minimalist environment, where the main thing was only her, her presence. We alternated with light and shadow to give a sense of mystery and depth.

Hace un par de días tuve una sesión en uno de los estudios en los que trabajo como fotógrafa, en esta ocasión me toco retratar a Nayelis. La chica es deportista, practica volleyball de playa, y muchas veces estas muchachas aunque poseen una figura admirable, no se sienten cómodas en su cuerpo ante una cámara porque dicen lucir muy "masculinas", a raíz de sus músculos desarrollados, o la forma que va teniendo el cuerpo en la medida que crecen practicando ejercicios fuertes a diario.
De ahí que fuera uno de nuestros objetivos, tratar de sacar de Naye, mucho de ese lado femenino que era claramente visible en ella, además de la belleza natural que posee. Este vestido negro se prestaba solo para lo que queríamos, pues la idea era buscar delicadeza, sensualidad y fuerza también, pues este es un rasgo que es parte de ella, tanto en lo físico como en lo emocional.
Jugamos con un entorno minimalista, donde lo principal fuera solamente ella, su presencia. Alternamos con luces y sombras para aportar una sensación de misterio y profundidad.
