Since the beginning of this December, I decided to exercise in a more conscious way and that is why almost every morning I went for walks in the countryside, climbs to the surrounding mountains and shared this activity with long morning bike rides... The truth is that I don't feel that my physical condition has improved much to say, but what I have achieved is to have a huge amount of landscape photographs taken during the mornings of this December that is almost coming to his end? And this publication is based on a selection of unpublished photos of those mornings!... Because obviously I carried my camera around my neck during every walk or bike ride!...

Desde principios de este mes de Diciembre, me propuse ejercitarme de manera más consciente y es por eso que casi cada mañana hice caminatas al campo, ascensos a la montañas circunvecinas y compartí con esta actividad con largos paseos en matutinos en bicicleta... La verdad no siento que mi condición física haya mejorado mucho que digamos, pero lo que sí he logrado es tener una enorme cantidad de fotografías de paisajes realizadas durante las mañanas de este Diciembre que ya casi llega a su final... ¡Y esta publicación está basada en una selección de fotos ineditas de esas mañanas!... ¡Porque obviamente llevé mi cámara colgada al cuello en cada caminata o paseo en bicicleta!...

Those of you who follow my blog (thanks for that guys) will have already noticed thanks to my photos, how varied the weather can be in Montalbán and also the landscape... This place is a constant carousel of different lights, clear skies, clouds, fogs, warm colors or intense blues, grasslands, mountains, forests and savannahs... Everything is diverse around the village and everything seems to conspire to make it possible to take lots of pictures every day... I think that if I hadn't always lived here, I would have moved here just to take pictures... In fact, I don't think I ever go more than five miles from the town center in any direction, and it's in that relatively small space that I take all my photos...

Aquellos de ustedes que siguen mi blog (gracias por eso chicos) ya se habrán percatado gracias a mis fotos, de cuan variado puede ser el clima de Montalbán y también el paisaje... Este lugar es una carrusel constante de luces distintas, de cielos despejados, de nubes, de nieblas, de colores cálidos o de azules intensos, de pastizales, montañas, bosques y sabanas... Todo es diverso alrededor del pueblo y todo parece conspirar para que se puedan hacer fotos por montones a diario... Creo que si yo no hubiese vivido desde siempre aquí, me hubiese mudado aquí tan solo para hacer fotos... De hecho, creo que nunca me alejo más de ocho kilómetros del casco urbano del pueblo en ninguna dirección, y es en ese espacio relativamente pequeño en donde hago todas mis fotos...

I used to go through some rural roads in the valley with some frequency, but the fact that I am willing to exercise more, has made me go back to the mountains and corners more away from the town and technically speaking I have “re-discovered” many landscapes and roads which I had not traveled for years. And believe me, beyond the distances I currently travel, there is a whole planisphere of wonderful places to enjoy nature to the fullest. So I hope to be able to “arrive” to them during 2025 and share a lot of experiences and pictures with you here in #Hive...

Ya acostumbraba a recorrer algunos caminos rurales del valle con cierta frecuencia, pero el hecho de disponerme a ejercitarme más, ha hecho que vuelva a ir hacia las montañas y rincones más alejados del pueblo y técnicamente hablando he "re-descubierto" muchos paisajes y caminos los cuales llevaba años sin transitar. Y créanme, más allá de las distancias que recorro actualmente, existe todo un planisferio de lugares maravillosos para disfrutar de la naturaleza a plenitud. Así que espero poder "llegar" a ellos durante 2025 y compartir un montón de vivencias y fotografías con ustedes aquí en #Hive...

I want to climb higher in the mountains, I want to visit some rivers and some dense forests up there on the peaks. When I was a teenager I used to camp in those places, but the course of time and the adult life took me away from them... I also want to ride my old bicycle to more distant trails, look at places I haven't looked at in decades... I don't know if I will do it fast, or I will do it slow, but I do know that I will do it and that I will bring my camera to keep stealing moments from those changing landscapes around Montalban... I hope this is how it will happen...

Quiero subir más alto en las montañas, quiero visitar algunos ríos y algunos bosques densos allá en las cimas. Cuando era un adolescente solía acampar en esos lugares, pero el paso del tiempo y la fida de adulto me alejaron de ellos... También quiero ir sobre mi vieja bicicleta a caminos más lejanos, mirar lugares que no he mirado en décadas... No sé si lo haré rápido, o lo haré lento, pero sí sé que lo haré y que llevaré mi cámara para seguir robando momentos a esos paisajes cambiantes de los alrededores de Montalbán... Espero que sea así como ocurrirá...

They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.}
