Hello Hive! I thought I would take a break from cannabis, and share with you all a different part of my life. For those that probably don't know me, my name is Jonathan, and I run the
Hive account@canna-curate account, and work on The Weedcash team. My posts are usually green, if you know what I mean;) Well I have a lot going on in my life besides cannabis. I am a father of 2 boys, 6, and 3yo, plus am married to the wonderful
Hive account@loryluvszombies(whom I keep on telling her to start Hiveing!). Well not technically, but in my mind I am. Yes, yes I know. I promise its going to happen one day. :) Anyways. When I am not working, which is only 1 day a week, we usually go out for a family day. Here in Monterey County, California there is an abundance of things to do outdoors, and we do our best to take advantage. Here is one of our Sundays trips from a month ago, enjoy!
About a 20 min drive away from us is the California State Park, Point Lobos
Point Lobos is one of my favorite places to go! There is great hiking, and cool tide pools where you can explore and find things like Starfish, Sea Urchin's, and more!

On this day we decided to go to the North Side of the park, where there is hiking, and even an old museum. We opted to go on a trail opposite of the museum, so we did not venture there. Maybe next time.

This is called Whalers Cove. It is called that, because back in the day they used to bring the Whales they caught in The Monterey Bay, and Pacific Ocean to slaughter for there Blubber. I bet it was a crazy sight! Just think, this whole body of water was probably red.

Today it is more peaceful, and is an awesome display of Mother Nature.
Each time I visit, it feels like the 1st time I have been there.

There was actually a bench setting on this ledge.

So we decided to stop, and take in the scenery.

You can see Pebble Beach off in the distace.

Just an amazing day, and can not wait to go back. Next time I think I will go to the tide pools, and let my boys explore. Thanks for stopping by, and everyone have a great weekend!
