I was already looking forward to this time of year, because I love take photos of the clouds with my smartphone. We don't have many clouds in winter, and because we are positioned between mountains, it is impossible to see the colors of the sunrise. But is spring time, and the sun is higher. So even though it is early to be able to see a full sunrise, going out to the balcony to take some photos is always worth it. Nature has given me beautiful images these days.
La verdad es que ya tenía ganas de que llegara esta época del año, pues me encanta fotografiar nubes con mi "smartphone". Aquí no hay muchas nubes en invierno, y por estar posicionado entre montañas, es imposible ver los colores del amanecer. Pero ahora en primavera, el sol esta más alto. Así que, aunque es pronto para poder ver una salida del sol completa, salir al balcón para tomar unas fotos siempre vale la pena. La naturaleza me ha regalado hermosas imágenes durante estos días.
Something that I enjoy, as much as taking these photos, is to edit them later with Photoshop. This tool brings total freedom to my imagination, letting it reinterpret the photos I have taken, so that they are an image of what my eyes have seen and felt. And also make up for all the flaws that a mid-range smartphone has, compared to a professional camera. Also some flaws of mine, such as tilting the smartphone when framing and things like that. So my workflow is usually try to correct these flaws, and then try to portray the moment that I lived.

Algo que disfruto tanto como tomar estás fotos, es editarlas después con Photoshop. Está herramienta me permite dar rienda suelta a mi imaginación, y reinterpretar las fotos que he tomado para que sean imagen de lo que mis ojos han visto y han sentido. Y también compensar todas las carencias que tiene un smartphone de gama media, comparado con una cámara profesional. También algunas carencias mías, como inclinar el smartphone al encuadrar y cosas así. Así que mi flujo de trabajo, suele ser corregir el producto de las carencias, y después tratar de plasmar el momento que he vivido.
