Hey Everyone!!
Gardening is a beautiful journey of patience and surprises. My terrace, once home to the marigold plants I nurtured at the start of winter, is now filled with a fresh wave of blooming flowers. What makes this even more fascinating is that these new plants did not come from newly sown seeds but from the very flowers that once blossomed and then withered away.
As the initial marigold plants completed their life cycle, their flowers dried up and fell. Instead of discarding them, I let them decompose in the pots, enriching the soil with natural nutrients. Little did I know that this simple act would lead to an unexpected burst of new growth! The fallen flowers gave birth to countless tiny marigold plants, making my terrace come alive with color once again.
With so many seedlings sprouting in the same space, I decided to repot some of them separately to ensure they had enough room to grow. However, even after this, my terrace was still overflowing with marigold plants! It was a delightful yet challenging experience—I had more plants than pots to accommodate them.
This natural cycle of marigold regeneration is truly fascinating. The process will continue as long as the marigold season lasts. The flowers will bloom, dry up, and scatter their seeds, giving rise to new plants again. This self-sustaining cycle makes gardening feel even more rewarding, reminding me of nature’s way of renewal and continuity.
Now, my entire terrace is a marigold paradise. Bright orange and yellow flowers dance in the breeze, spreading beauty and joy. Every time I look at them, I feel a deep sense of fulfillment, knowing that these plants are a result of patience and care.
Gardening is not just about growing plants; it’s about witnessing the magic of nature firsthand. My marigold journey has shown me that even when something appears to end, it can still give birth to something new. And as long as the season lasts, my terrace will remain a thriving garden of marigolds.
