Dusk over Lake Chojno – an evening filled with silence
There are moments when nature seems to stop time.
On one spring evening, that’s exactly what happened at Lake Chojno, where a cloudless sky turned into one of those magical dusks you remember long after returning home.
The sky slowly faded, shifting from warm oranges into deep blues. The lake’s surface was so smooth it looked like a mirror — not a single ripple, not a breath of wind. The trees along the shore reflected almost perfectly in the water, creating a symmetrical image, as if a second, parallel world existed just beneath the surface.
It was one of those moments that show how much beauty lies in simplicity: the line of the horizon, the silence, the colors of the sky, and the reflections of the trees that, in the evening light, looked like a delicate ink drawing.
Evenings like this at Chojno remind you that sometimes it’s worth simply standing still and watching.
