Greetings, photography lovers!
I have traveled and enjoyed the serene magical beauty of Rhodope mountain several times. I lost count of my travels and vacations in that region as I'd go anytime. To be honest, I haven't missed going to the healing Rhodopes in the last 25 years, maybe more. I haven't brought my camera every time went there and that is probably my only regret about all those experiences.
Moreover, it is a big mountain, it is not very hard to hike at it. There are plenty of small, almost hidden villages with amazing people and architecture, sometimes whitewashed and shiny, sometimes abandoned and almost ruined.
Nevertheless, there is indeed something new to discover, each and every time I visit. So if I am in a good health and I have the resources, I will definitely return there, of course, with my camera! :)
