Hier habe ich eine weitere Auswahl an Bildern der verrückten Architektur in Benidorm (Spanien). Ich habe meine Freundin fast dazu überreden müssen in dieser Mittelmeer-Stadt wenigstens 2 Tage Halt zu machen. Und bei meinem zweitägigen Foto-Marathon durch Benidorm habe ich auch mit meinen eigenen Augen nichts anderes Sehenswertes entdeckt als die Architektur der empor stechenden Gebäude wie riesen Monolithe. Es scheint, als würde dort Gentrifizierung und in die Höhe verdichtetes Bauen geübt. Und eine "Altstadt" habe ich nicht entdeckt. Ausser der Ausblick von unserer Unterkunft, wie ein erfüllter Traum; ein Fenster aufs Meer hinaus, mit dem Sonnenaufgang direkt vor dem Balkon, hatte schon was magisches.
Here I have another selection of pictures of the crazy architecture in Benidorm (Spain). I almost had to persuade my girlfriend to stop in this Mediterranean city for at least 2 days. And during my two-day photo marathon through Benidorm, I didn't see anything else worth seeing with my own eyes than the architecture of the towering buildings like giant monoliths. It seems as if gentrification and high-density construction is being practised there. And I did not discover an "old town". Except for the view from our accommodation, like a dream come true; a window looking out to the sea, with the sunrise right in front of the balcony, had something magical about it.
Aquí tengo otra selección de fotos de la loca arquitectura de Benidorm (España). Casi tuve que convencer a mi novia para parar en esta ciudad mediterránea durante al menos 2 días. Y durante mi maratón fotográfico de dos días por Benidorm, no pude ver nada más digno de ver con mis propios ojos que la arquitectura de los altísimos edificios como monolitos gigantes. Parece como si allí se practicara el aburguesamiento y la construcción de alta densidad. Y no descubrí ningún "casco antiguo". Salvo la vista desde nuestro alojamiento, como un sueño hecho realidad; una ventana que daba al mar, con el amanecer justo delante del balcón, tenía algo de mágico.
