A few months ago, I was contacted by a brand that specializes in 100% leather belts. They wanted to send me their product to take some photos for their website. In a way, I can say that this is the first international brand to sponsor me. They trusted my talent and gifted me these belts in exchange for professional photos.
I reached out to a friend who is a model to model the belts while I took the photos. I went to his place and we picked out different outfits that would complement the various belts to create variety and originality in each photo.
I'll start by showing you one of my favorites, the black belt that looks quite elegant with a formal outfit:
Hace unos meses fui contactado por una marca que se dedica a hacer cinturones de 100% cuero, ellos querian enviarme su producto para que yo les hiciera unas fotos que usarian para su pagina web, de cierta manera puedo decir que esta es la primera marca internacional en patrocinarme, confiaron en mi talento y me regalaron estos cinturones a cambio de que les hiciera unas fotos profesionales.
Me puse en contacto con un amigo que es modelo para que modelara los cinturones mientras yo hacia las fotos. Fui a su casa y escogimos diferentes outfits que combinaran bien con los diferentes cinturones para crear variedad y originalidad en cada una de las fotos.
Empezaré por mostrarles una de mis favoritas, la correa negra que junto a un outfit formal se ve bastante elegante:

The next photo is of a brown belt. We chose an outfit with a color scheme that made it stand out even more:
Las fotos las tomé enfocadas de tal manera en que todo el protagonismo esté en las correas.
La siguiente foto son de una correa marron, escogimos un oufit con un juego de colores que la hiciera resaltar mucho mas:
The following belt is a darker brown. We also picked another outfit to help it shine even more!
La siguiente correa es de un color marron mas oscuro, tambien escogimos otro outfit que le ayudara a resaltar aun mas!

For all the photos, I used my Canon RP camera with a 50mm f/2.8 lens and natural light.
Once we were happy with the results, I went home to continue taking photos, this time a "product photo" style. My idea was to evoke masculinity in these shots:

Una vez estuvimos satisfechos con los resultados me fui a mi casa a seguir haciendo fotos, esta vez tipo "foto producto" mi idea era evocar masculinidad en estas fotos:
The brand owner was super happy with the results. He even told me they were better than he expected and the photos brought his website to life. And now, I'm the proud owner of 3 beautiful 100% leather belts that will be with me for many years!
