Nosotros, sus progenitores, somos quiénes nos encargamos día a día con nuestros actos y palabras, de ir llenando cada hoja.
El tiempo irá dando resultados de que tanto es lo positivo o negativo que hemos sembrado.
Children are like a book with blank pages when they come into this world....
We, their parents, are the ones who are in charge of filling each page day by day with our actions and words.
Time will give results of how much positive or negative we have sown.
El día miércoles lamentablemente recorrió el mundo una triste noticia, el niño Drayke Hardman se había quitado la vida a causa de sufrir bullying...
Me quede pensado en el tema desde entonces y analizando de qué manera desde mi lugar y desde mis opciones puedo aportar un pequeño grano de arena a luchar contra este terrible mal.
Donde los culpables, no son los niños... Si no, la sociedad en la que se están formando.
On Wednesday, sadly, a sad news went around the world, the child Drayke Hardman had taken his life because of suffering bullying...
I have been thinking about the subject since then and analyzing how from my place and from my options I can contribute a small grain of sand to fight against this terrible evil.
Where the culprits are not the children... But the society in which they are being formed.
Llevaba algunas semanas pensando en realizar unas fotografías con mi hija y sus amiguitos... Aunque tenía algunas ideas en mente, este suceso me hizo replantearme totalmente la temática de las mismas, así es que terminé realizando estás fotografías alusivas a... Ya basta de tanto maltrato, alto al acoso, al prejuicio, alto al daño psicológico... Pero siempre atacando la raíz del asunto: "Los Adultos".
Los niños no nacen con maldad, ellos en sus nobles y tiernos corazones no saben de condición social, de color, de cultura, de nacionalidad... Somos nosotros, es la sociedad en general quien en ocasiones a propósito y Otras veces sin noción, van forjando los cimientos para malos pensamientos y como resultado solo se recoge dolor.
Previamente antes de esta sesión solicité permiso a los padres de cada niño, quienes gustosamente accedieron a que fueran mis modelos el día de hoy.
I had been thinking for a few weeks about taking some pictures with my daughter and her friends.... Although I had some ideas in mind, this event made me completely rethink the theme of the same, so I ended up making these photographs alluding to... Enough of so much abuse, stop the harassment, stop the prejudice, stop the psychological damage... But always attacking the root of the matter: "Adults".
Children are not born with evil, they in their noble and tender hearts do not know of social status, color, culture, nationality ... It is us, it is society in general who sometimes on purpose and other times without any notion, are forging the foundations for bad thoughts and as a result only pain is collected.
Previously before this session I asked permission to the parents of each child, who gladly agreed to be my models today.
Disfruté mucho de esta sesión porque, los niños son tan humildes, tan inocentes, de verdad al compartir con cada uno, logramos percatarnos que en sus corazoncitos, no hay malicia.
Eran tan espontáneos al posar para la cámara en su turno, incluso uno de ellos quería que le tomara muchas más fotos. 😁
Tenemos tanto que aprender de ellos... Y tanto que examinar en nosotros...

I really enjoyed this session because the children are so humble, so innocent, and as we shared with each one of them, we realized that there is no malice in their little hearts.
They were so spontaneous when posing for the camera in their turn, even one of them wanted me to take many more pictures of him. 😁
We have so much to learn from them.... And so much to examine in us....
