"Forever Friends"
"Salem and Zeppelin" were my pets. I loved them very much and they lived with my family and me in a town called La Candelaria in Maturín, Monagas State, Venezuela. They were inseparable friends, very affectionate and playful, and they would defend each other.
Salem, my cat, died on my birthday, July 26, 2015, due to medical malpractice. And Zeppelin, my German Shepherd dog, died in 2019 during the crisis in my country, Venezuela. She died of cancer.
Despite the years, I still miss them; they were my friends and a part of my family and my life. They made all of us very happy. When a little animal is a part of your life, you never forget them; they are immortalized in your memories.
Take care of your pets—they deserve to be happy too.
