Hello,
It's the holidays season! Snow and gifts and all of it... So I decided: Why not share some summer photos? (To be honest with you, it has been summer weather here, until today)
Going to share a photo session, I did some months ago, in a place in Portugal called Sintra. It's in the larger area of Lisbon the capital city.
Mainly in an area high in the mountains called peninha. You will, see. Let's just get into it:
This was my first landscape ever. Not the first time, I pointed a camera to a piece of land, but the first time I had a place I wanted to photograph, went there and did it. (Had just bought my camera as well)
I must say, I've had a very good reaction from this photo, from the get go. It was a bit motivating.
This photo is not from the session from today thought. It's ajusta photo I really like, and it's very close from the others.
That's Peninha. It's like an isolated church, up up in the mountains.
That's the abandoned little house, from the previous photo, but seen from above.
A bit of a view from the Castle. The church is above it. For some reason I did not get any shots form the church.
But hey, can show you the stairs that lead to the chapel. ;)
The place to right of the Castle:
And one more of the view for the road:
When I was coming back I did a mini detour and stoped at the Cabo da Roca. The most westerner point of continental Europe. (Just 5min form where we where)
That's for another time. I'll just leave one photo form there:
Ok. That was my Peninha tour.
Hope you liked it. Let me know what you think, of the photos, the place? Whatever it is.
Have a great week.
