Hey Hivers and other Photography Lovers!
What cool photography tricks, trials or tests have you engaged in lately?
I love portraits so while confined at home I I thought how can I jazz up these "selfies", well not really - I like to think of them more as face-to-face shots. Reason: the tools I used for these photos were:
- a Mirror
- a Spray bottle with water
- my Olympus OMD Digital Camera
- an External portable shutter release timer, and
- a Tripod

I like the Abstract Feel of this one, which can be attributed to the slight reflections from the glass, and I think the colour creates a nice mood.
Emotion: HURT
No 2
I like the softness of the raindrops on this one. Leaves for more clarity of the face.
Emotion: Disbelief / Shock
No 3
I like the sketchy dark, yet soft look of this one. The angle gives it an artistic touch like that of an album cover.
MOOD: ENIGMATIC
I really enjoyed this photo session. It was my first attempt at something like this. I'll definitely try it again with other subjects.
I would LOVE to hear which of the 3 images is your favourite and why.
Oh, I forgot to mention that you'll need a towel or mop handy!
