It was a bit of a challenge to get the right angle on this little bee, the flower was in the way with its delicate thin petals. Not enough to deter my efforts as I enjoy collecting as many macro insect shots as I can. With the Nikon 105mm macro lens you don't have to be very close either so the bee was able to continue with its business while I observed fascinated by its work.
