Okay so I decided to run out and photograph the sunset at the end of midsummers day here in England on the 21st day of June 2022.
Simple enough you would expect but it turned into something rather bizarre and special. In the following sequence of photos we get to see a double sun?
Probably something to do with it being a smartphone camera that produced these weird effects?
Midsummer Sunset 1
The sunset below looks fairly normal and good enough from a 5 year old smartphone camera.
Midsummer Sunset 2
Things are getting a bit weird in the photo below. Is it a UFO? π½π½π₯Άπ₯Άπ
I carried on taking photos as the sun sank down in the west and suddenly we are on Tatoinne watching a double sunset! π€―π€―ππ
Midsummer Sunset 3
For those of you that have no idea what Tatoinne is. It is a fictional planet in the Star Wars Film's Universe where the lead character Luke Skywalker lives.
It has a double sun at the centre of it's solar system hence the double sunset.
Meanwhile back here on Earth here's my final sunset photo on this beautiful midsummers day.
Midsummer Sunset 4
Happy Midsummers day to all you folk in the northern hemisphere.
Sometimes the best camera is the one you have with you at the time.

It's better than having all the gear and no idea. πππ¬π₯π½π·ππ
