Recently things have been warming up here as Spring is rapidly approaching!
First of the seasonal flowers to bloom in Japan are the Plum Blossoms, while not as numerous or widely planted as the more famous Cherry Blossoms, the plum more than makes up for this with it's vibrant colour!
I was even lucky enough to spot a honey bee!
Crocus are also erupting from the earth in the warmer flower beds:
Such a cute little flower! The only last a few days though. Fortunately it'll be joined by more soon, as the spike like leaves to the right indicate!
Not a spring flower, this one has been going all through the mild winter we get here in Osaka, I just like the blossoms and branches!
