A day of random street photography [Eng/Esp]

Today, after several weeks, I was able to go out and take some photographs. My intention was to go to the skatepark to take some pictures while the kids were skating, but when I got there, no one was there. I sat there for a couple of minutes waiting, hoping that someone would show up, but no one did, so I decided to keep walking to take some street photos in one of my favorite areas, and those are the photos I want to share with you today.

Hoy, después de varias semanas, he podido salir a hacer fotografías. Mis intenciones eran dirigirme al skatepark para hacer algunas fotografías mientras los chicos patinaban, pero cuando llegué no había nadie. Estuve sentado un par de minutos esperando con la esperanza de que alguno llegara, pero no sucedió, por lo que decidí seguir caminando para hacer algunas fotografías callejeras en una de las zonas donde más me gusta hacerlo, y son las fotografías que quiero compartirles el día de hoy.

The reason why I enjoy taking photographs at this location so much is because of the wide range of perspectives I can capture. In addition, I can position myself in a high place where I don't disturb anyone, and I am quite stealthy, so people hardly ever notice that I am taking photographs there. In a way, this makes everything flow more smoothly, because I can take the time I need to get a good shot, and I don't disturb any of the scenes. Everything happens as spontaneously as possible, and I think that's what I enjoy most about street photography.

El motivo por el cual me gusta tanto hacer fotografías en este sitio es por la gran cantidad de perspectivas que puedo tener, además, puedo ubicarme en un lugar alto donde no molesto a nadie y soy bastante sigiloso, por lo que casi nunca las personas se dan cuenta de que hago fotografías allí. Esto de alguna forma, hace que todo sea más fluido, porque puedo aprovechar el tiempo que necesite para una buena fotografía y también de esa forma no altero ninguno de los escenarios, sino que todo ocurre de la forma más espontánea posible y creo que eso es lo que más disfruto de hacer fotografías callejeras.

When developing these photographs, I always opt for golden tones, because I take most of my street photographs at sunset. This means I already have the golden hour working in my favor, and when editing, all I do is accentuate this tone a little and give the photograph a slightly more cinematic style, as this is one of my favorite styles for this type of photography. I think they turn out quite well.

Para el revelado de estas fotografías siempre me decanto por la tonalidad dorada y esto es gracias a que hago la mayoría de fotografías callejeras en el atardecer; por ende, ya tengo la hora dorada a mi favor y en edición lo único que hago es acentuar un poco esta tonalidad y dar ese toque de fotografía con estilo un poco más cinematográfico, ya que es de mis estilos favoritos para este tipo de fotografías; considero que quedan bastante bien.
