A look that says it all [Eng/Esp]

It's been a few weeks since I shared with you some pictures of a parrot and today I realized that I still had some of them and I didn't want to leave them forgotten there, so I decided to edit them and bring them to you, well I said that I don't support having these animals or any other animal locked up when they are in the wild, but I am not going to deny that I really found it interesting to take some pictures of them, somehow I feel I managed to capture that essence of confinement and the little parrot helped me a lot by keeping quite still in several moments to be able to make the right captures.

Hace ya algunas semanas que les compartí algunas fotografías de un loro y hoy revisando algunas carpetas me percaté de que todavía tenía algunas y no quería dejarlas olvidadas allí, por lo que decidí editarlas y traerlas a ustedes, bien lo decía que no soy de apoyar el tener a estos animales o ningún otro animal encerrado cuando son de hábitat salvaje, pero no les voy a negar que realmente me pareció interesante hacerles algunas fotografías, de alguna manera siento que logré capturar esa esencia de encierro y el pequeño loro me ayudó mucho manteniéndose bastante quieto en varios momentos para poder hacer las capturas adecuadas.

I want to tell you a little about how I took these pictures, the little parrot is in a courtyard, so there was a lot of light that helped me to make a better focus, at first I thought I would have to increase the shutter speed, something told me that he would move a lot since he had not seen me very often and surely this would make him suspicious, but I was wrong, he kept quite still, always on the opposite side of me to keep his distance and clearly I did not want to get too close to not bother him, but we made a good team, he cooperated quite well for the pictures.

Quiero hablarles un poco de cómo hice estas fotografías, el pequeño loro se encuentra en un patio, por lo que había mucha luz que me ayudó a poder hacer un mejor enfoque, al principio pensé que tendría que subir la velocidad de obturación, algo me decía que se movería mucho ya que no me había visto muy seguido y seguro esto le haría desconfiar, pero estuve equivocado, se mantuvo bastante quieto, siempre al lado contrario de mí para mantener su distancia y claramente yo no quise acercarme mucho para tampoco incomodarle, pero hicimos un buen equipo, cooperó bastante bien para las fotografías.

The development that I did to the photographs I tried to go for some bright colors, but that did not become saturated and thus try to highlight a little more those tones of the feathers that the parrot has, to generate a certain balance there and I think it is not superfluous to say that this balance is precisely what generates this atmosphere of confinement, as if it were a movie, where they stop to focus on the protagonist for a few moments, so I wanted these photographs to feel and very personal taste, I think it was a good choice.

El revelado que hice a las fotografías intenté irme por unos colores llamativos, pero que no llegaran a saturarse y así intentar resaltar un poco más esos tonos de las plumas que tiene el loro, para generar un cierto equilibrio allí y creo que no está de más decir que este equilibrio es el que justamente genera este ambiente de encierro, como si de una película se tratase, donde se detienen para enfocar al protagonista por unos momentos, así quise que se sintiesen estas fotografías y muy a gusto personal, creo que fue una buena elección.
