Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing very, very well on this day. Today, Sunday, after taking my dog for a walk, I came home and started taking some photographs of my African daisy, which I want to share with you. The objective of these photographs was to capture the different stages of blooming that the African daisy goes through, from being completely enclosed in its bud to fully extending itself, and in the case of mine, which is white, showing us its beautiful petals of that color.

This process was captured in four photographs. The first one shows the daisy completely closed and surrounded by white hairs which serve to protect the plant from pests and animals that could harm it. After three days, the flower begins to open and starts to show us its characteristic blue pistils of the white African daisy. Here we can still see the white hairs that continue to protect the flower while it opens completely.

On the sixth day, the flower has opened almost entirely, but its petals are not fully developed yet. We can see how they have an amorphous shape while they receive the last rays of sun, which help it bloom better. It is important to note that this plant needs to be in full sunlight.

Finally, on the seventh day, we see the flower fully open, with its pistils completely blue and we can see how the pollen begins to accumulate on them. Hola a todos espero se encuentren muy pero muy bien en este día.
Hoy domingo luego de pasear a mi perra un rato llegué a casa y empecé a tomar unas fotografías a mi margarita africana, que quiero compartir con ustedes, el objetivo de estas fotografías fue captar las diferentes etapas de floración por las cuales pasa la margarita africana desde estar completamente encerrada en su capullo, hasta extenderse completamente y en el caso de la mía que es blanca mostrarnos sus hermosos pétalos de dicho color.
Este proceso fue capturado en cuatro fotografías, la primera nos muestra la margarita completamente cerrada y alrededor unos pelitos blancos los cuales tienen como finalidad proteger a la planta de plagas y animales que puedan perjudicarla.
Luego de tres días la flor se empieza a abrir y nos empieza a mostrar sus característicos pistilos azules de la margarita africana blanca, acá aun podemos observar los pelitos blancos que siguen protegiendo a la flor mientras esta se abre por completo.
Al sexto día la flor se ha abierto casi en su totalidad pero aun sus pétalos no están del todo desarrollados, podemos ver como tienen una forma amorfa , mientras acaban de recibir los últimos rayos de sol, el cual ayuda a que esta florezca de mejor forma, es importante resaltar que esta planta necesita estar a plena luz del sol.
Finalmente al séptimo día vemos la flor totalmente abierta, con sus pistilos totalmente azules y se empieza a notar como el polen comienza a acumularse en ellos.
