For the last few days I was travelling from Manali to Leh due to which I was not able to write a blog. On the way I meet a small child named Birju.
Birju is from Jharkhand. His parents work on the Manali Leh HIGHWAY road. Birju does not go to school because where his parents work there is no human settlement or any school for miles.
