Whittling down social media is definitely a game changer when it comes to trying to get your head straight... I can only imagine how overwhelming IG must be for you. My world sort of fell apart a couple years ago, and I did not have the mental capacity to deal with any sort of social media for a while. Even now it's very hit-and-miss, but fortunately this platform feels a lot more level. Hang in there, man. 🖤
