I tried to combine nature with mankind's art.
The statue's hand was trying to grab the moon.
A Happy Friday to all and here's another attempt for my posts to be accepted in the #photography-lovers community.
Focus in the first three photos was an issue, as either the moon or the statue's hand and head would dominate the camera's focus.
I couldn't get an equal focus of both the hand and the moon in a photo.
Thankfully the photos didn't turn out too bad as the concept of combining art and nature can be seen.
We were out in nature on a wine farm in the late afternoon during this photo shoot and even if the statues are beautiful, they were no match for the beauty of nature.
The next two photos will show you a statue that was made from laser cut metal disks.
And here below you will see a different combination of nature with mankind's art. A spider found a home on this lady.
Finally at sunset it was time for us to go home.
Yes, I try many different aspects with my photography adventures and luckily I have an eye for the unusual. I could have for instance focused on the moon only and separately on the statues, but why not try to combine the two, as it is certainly different.
The thing is that I must learn how to get an equal focus on the two subjects, as I am sure that it will make for some delightful photos.
So, I am not scared to lay my weaknesses out here on hive, as invariably on occasion, some pro gives me advice in the comments section.
So if it's you, please don't hesitate to tell me the secret!
And that's all friends!
