Come and see what life I found in this pond.
I always take a closer look and in this pond some beautiful surprises were calling out for a camera, but nobody could hear their calls.
There is always life in the water and on one's walks one can see some beautiful little statues, simply take photos of them and move on. I saw some people here with cameras and they took photos of the statues. So when they were gone it was time for me to move in.
Come and see.
First up, was a floating wasp and a water skate in a fight.
The one wanted to eat the other but who would eat who?
No time to watch as other people also appeared in the distance and I had to take what I could get.
Some beautiful little flowers and no idea what they are called, but I know what came in to sit on them.
Look at that! A damselfly at the top, a tiny fly on the second flower and a water skate on the leaf.
Just a breather here with this lovely Lotus flower reflection.
Right, here we go again and look closer at what was sitting on this water plant.
Bingo! Correct as it is a "Broad Scarlet" dragonfly (Crocothemis erythraea)
Another nice reflection of this flower.
This is the front side of the statue in the first picture and he sat on a creature holding it's tail.
So the next time that you see a pond I am sure after seeing this post, you will take a much closer look at it.
Life is what it is and on this planet one can find life in almost anything that is not manmade. One only has to take a closer look. Many of us cruise through life on our phones, but it is always better to see the real beauty.
I hope that you have enjoyed the post and we wish only the best for everyone.
And That's All Friends!
