Street musicians, or buskers. What’s your take on them? Is it welcome entertainment that brightens up the gray city, or do you find their performances more of an annoyance? Or do you barely notice them at all?

Who among you can play a musical instrument? And would you ever perform in public, maybe on the street? Have you tried it, and if not, does the idea appeal to you?

As for me: I haven’t performed on city streets (though that might happen someday), but I did take my ukulele to a bench in a park outside the city. I had a really good time playing, and a few passersby even gave me smiles. No tips, though, since I didn’t have a hat or tip jar in front of me 😁
