I love short trips to unknown places.
I was invited by my friend to accompany her to the town of Karlovo.
Some time ago I had just passed through this small sub-Balkan town, located at the foot of the Balkan.
Now I had time to walk around and visit some places in this small and beautiful town.
One of the emblems of the town is the monument of the Apostle of Freedom - Vasil Levski.
A great revolutionary of all times. significant for his national work to this day. born and lived 1837 -1873.
Visitors pay tribute to the Apostle here. celebrations are held on various occasions.
The fresh air was felt as soon as we arrived in the town. The sun was smiling, and the pictures that nature paints at this time of day were lined up in front of me.
The houses with the proud balcony as the natural decor of this town, influence the visitors in their own way.
The Balkan streets winding between the buildings give it a unique charm.
The natural air here is so different from the city I live in.Through the nearby park I headed to the mountains.
I was attracted by the sound of falling water.
"Old River" is the name of the river that runs through the city.I walked along the river bank that led me into the mountains.
I was impressed by the changing picture here.
The sound of the water, and on the ground the mountains supported snow, which like diamond clouds shone everywhere.
A natural beauty created at this time of day. A day that had a calming and relaxing effect on me in this unfamiliar place.
I promised myself to come back here again.
