Hi there my Hivean friends and followers!
As you might have noticed in some of my older posts, my cell phone camera can take decent photos in good light but it usually struggles really bad in the night, which is why I normally don´t take any shots after the sunset. The only exception when the camera can take a good picture even in the night is when the object that it is focused on is very well lit. I have already posted a few of such photos, for example here or here.
Yesterday, however, I decided to put my camera through its paces under conditions that it hates - in a dark, foggy park that was illuminated very faintly by just a few street lamps. Unsurprisingly, the resulting photos are of poor quality (even though I tried my best in a photo editor) but there is still something kind of cool about them. It´s probably the eerie atmosphere of the dark, empty park captured in the pictures what prevented me from deleting them. Let me know what you think about them, I wonder if you get the same impression.
So that was my little attempt at night photography again. All of the photos were taken in the Jordan Park here in Krakow, Poland.
In fact, the sky was even more purplish/reddish than what you can see in the photos, it looked just as if it was about to start snowing but eventually, it didn´t (it was still too warm for that, the temperature was hovering around 5 degrees Celsius / 41 degrees Fahrenheit).
