This is a SOM once off notice per user not spammed on every post, it only shows once while Hive account@hivebuzz spams a lot more often, have they been giving warningings by HIVE whales and witnesses too?

I liked your suggestion to Hive account@lanmower of updating the HIVE bio that was more constructive and encouraging, lets rather work together, what can you suggest for the once off notice?
