Greetings Hivers.
I arrived at the house of a very good friend.
She has three cats. Blanquita, Sari and Michi.
Sari was on the stairs. Stillness and curiosity at the same time. She did not move. She just looked at me, marking her territory without aggression, simply attentive.
Blanquita was sleeping inside a box on top of the table. Her body fitted into the cardboard as if that small space was all she needed. Absolute trust.
Michi was outside, in the patio, playing between the plants. Moving freely, absorbed in her own world. Indifferent to everything else.
One was watching. One was resting. One was playing.
These are the kind of photographs that have nothing spectacular about them. Nothing extraordinary is happening. Just three cats in their routine.
But sometimes you simply want to share that.
The simple. The everyday. What was there.

Llegué a la casa de una muy buena amistad.
Tiene tres gatas. Blanquita, Sari y Michi.
Sari estaba en la escalera. Quietud y curiosidad al mismo tiempo. No se movía. Solo me miraba, marcando territorio sin agresividad, simplemente atenta.
Blanquita dormía dentro de una caja sobre la mesa. El cuerpo encajado en el cartón como si ese pequeño espacio fuera todo lo que necesitaba. Absoluta confianza.
Michi estaba afuera, en el patio, jugando entre las matas. Moviéndose libre, absorta en su propio mundo. Indiferente a todo lo demás.
Una vigilaba. Una descansaba. Una jugaba.
Estas son de esas fotografías que no tienen nada espectacular. No hay algo extraordinario pasando. Solo tres gatos en su rutina.
Pero a veces uno quiere compartir justo eso.
Lo simple. Lo cotidiano. Lo que estaba ahí.
