Hello plane lovers,
Today I went for a plane spotting at Melbourne Airport. It was very nice day for spotting planes. Weather was sunny and a bit windy, but still good visibility for taking pictures.Extra busy means extra opportunities:)
Airport traffic today was very busy. Many arrivals and departures happening. I saw many international aircraft landing and taking off. When traffic is busy like this, it is very exciting for plane spotters because every few minutes a new aircraft comes.
One interesting thing today was the aircraft from Qatar Airways. At the airport I could see 5 Qatar Airways planes still sitting on the ground.
It is not common to see so many from the same airline parked at the same time. Maybe waiting for re-schedule or operational reasons for Middle East issue still continuing. For spotters this is good because we can capture many photos.Hope this issues will finish soon🙏
The sunlight was perfect for photography. The wind was a little strong but it also made some dramatic takeoff moments. Planes lifting with strong engine power always look amazing in photos.
Plane spotting days like this always make me happy. Busy traffic, good weather, and interesting aircraft all together. I hope you enjoy the pictures from today’s spotting session.
