Happy weekend my AMAZING HIVERS

Here she is again posting without
a month between 😁 LMAO

I know... Not that big
But for me it is as I failed every time
I said to myself not to let weeks go between my posts, so progress.

As I told you in my last post from my
raft trip with my coworkers, we did another day in Malmö with job
and that is what this post
will be about.

This was a pretty big event, and most
of all teachers, preeschool teachers,
and many others were going.

And we were so many that our city actually put in a whole extra train
with many carriages just for us

Feeling special do ya? 😜

So off we go... About 20 minutes trip

It was a full day of nonstop things
and only lunch and coffe breaks so
I didn't get much pictures taken
outside of the arena we were
in, but I did captured some.

Like this peace of art that is right
outside of where we were, not
sure what it is but it was the
thing that I captured the
most this day 😁 lol

It is huge and you can find different
art all over the place... I LOOVE
this kind of things 😍

Like those really bright RED horses
that almost hurt the eyes 😁 lol
😍 Beautiful tho right?

A big impressive silver /gold plot
with Golden plant in it 😜 lol

Sorry... I just call it things cause I don't know what it is really except shining like gold and silver, just had to capture it and there were many more things that I
wish I had time to capture.

cool Mirror art

You can see much in there

This was a favorite and the shape
of it was really impressive.

And going up the stairs you had
this amazing view 😍

LOOK at that gorgeous flower art 🌹

Not really sure what it's made of but
some said paper and it could be.
Pretty cool right?

Then this super cool painting that was
the longest one I ever seen, covered
a whole hallway Wall ish 😜 lol

AIRPLANE 🛩️

Sure... Why not 😁 lol

LOVE this kind of old planes, especially cause it reminds me of all the mini models my grandfather used to
build when we grew up.

I loved watching him 🥰

He did big ships to, but when I saw
this plane it sure took me back in
time and I thought of him 😊

Lecture time

And so the work begun

There were 3 speaker that we were
going to listen to, very different
people but good mix.

Nr 1 was a guy that worked in school,
but also traveled and did study on
how kids in different countries
performed and how active /
not active they were.

It was scary to learn how little active
time the kids actually get vs how
much they sit still every Day.

Also how things changed when
iPhones and Ipads came, many kids
play more games than they move.

How can we change this?

Very interesting and Important!

Second speaker was a famous poet/
writer that had worked with many
celebs, and he had such humor
that we all was laughing so
Hard the whole time.

He was such a Light spirit and the
word HOPE came to mind when
I heard him speaking.

He was all about how happy ♥️
makes happy soul, and when
you are happy you perform
so much better.

When you feel loved, have friends,
feel appriciated and seen.
IT MATTERS!

Love gives energy ♥️
Loved that frase

He worked lots with how bullied kids, depression, being unhappy effects
the kids and what the reson is.

Lots of pressure, social media bully,
no friends, low confidence etc.

How do we help them and see them?

SO IMPORTANT 🌹

Make sure they feel SAFE in school,
that they matter, are being seen.
They have someone who
belives in them.

This was my favorite person and
all he said hit my core ♥️

I leave you with this last #truth

A happy brain performs 31% better
than a normal or stressed brain.

How amazing is that? 🥰

LAST speaker was actually our
former prime minister.

It was much about leadership and
I have to say that I was to tired at
this point so I didn't pay to
much attention.

Also he isn't my favorite 😜 lol

But he did say some good things,
and I guess the favorite part
was that a great leader
listens to the People.

Anyhoo...

A long but well worth trip and many things we could take with us in our
daily work. For me doing things
with love and compassion
takes you far ♥️

Break

Food and ice cream

We did have a lunch break and we
were sitting outside on a Wall, and the view was that first big art thing I
shared in my first 2 pictures.

Chicken stew with stewed potatoes, Carrot and Baguette bread

It was really good and we found a
Great spot to eat, but afterwards
we felt the heat was to much so
we needed some shade.

And ICE CREAM 😋

My choice : Coconut (wish there
were pieces in it) but still good.
And my Favorite 😋 Licorice
and caramel ice cream.

I have to say that was a ice
cream to die for 😁 lol

That sure made my day and I was
ready for more lectures 😁

It was a long but interesting day,
doing things with my coworkers is
always a day well worth spending.

LAST pictures are taken from the
windows upstairs,quite a view.

I captured same view last
time we were here 😉

Mabye I do it again next time!

That was it my folks and I managed
to give you a little understanding
of what this day was all about.

Being a preeschool teacher is very rewarding and I love my job.

But there are many challanges to,
and some changes are for the better
but sadly some are not.

Then our job is to find ways to make
it better and always with the kids best
in mind, they are our future.

They deserve the best start in life and
to grow up beliving in themselves.

we are much Stronger!

along with the frase my grandfather always loved to say and lived by.

Always treat others as you
wish to be treated

I live by that every day and even
if it sometimes had me burned,
still no other way for me.
I was rsised that way.

And I try to pass that on to the
kids at work as well.

A small kind gesture every day can
make a huge change in someone
elses life. A smile 😁, a hug 🤗
