Happy sunday my amazing Hivers
Hope you are doing well and having
a fantastic summer and time.
I only today realized it's been 5
days since my last post 🙈
Apolagize for that!
HOWEVER...
I been offline Mostly and been spending
time with my family, and Mostly done
fun trips with my parents 😉
And today I will share a cool new place,
that actually is a old place that has
been here in my hometown for as
long as I can remember.
BUT...
Has changed ALOT
Completley Rebuilt
Market hall!
This is what it looked like before,
a large market hall where you could
buy everything from meat, fish and everything in the way of food.
This is what I grew up with, and
what this place always been
for as long as I remember.
BUT THEN...
It was sold and completley rebuilt,
a pretty view but I didn't know
what they were up to.
Something with food.. That much
I understood, but was curious.
I admit... Me and my dad actually
cheated and went there to check the
place out a few weeks ago 🙈 lol
BUT...
This was our very FIRST time eating
here, and this place was nothing
like anything I seen before.
I absolutly LOOVE this view, and after knowing what it looked like only a
short while ago it is SO different.
Dinner time
Todays choice was YUMMY 😋
Beef steak with french fries extra
crispy, mushrooms, coleslaw, BBQ
sauce and béarnaise sauce.
It was the best I tasted in a loong time,
and I give the food here 5 ⭐ s
AMAZING!
But it doesn't end there, this place
has so much more to offer.
In the evening they have live music
here, and also fun Sports like
Boulehere you can play.
And open bar that pretty much
has it all, and looks AMAZING.
And ofcourse I had to capture the
coffe makers for my bestie
🤗 He knows more than most
about coffe maker and what
coffe that taste best.
And if we keep walking they have a
Great and cozy area where you can relax while hanging with your friends and
listening to music. I love this alot!
Pretty cool right?
I love old things and here they have
vintage style combined with
modern, a little different
but totally spot on.
And all over the place they have
amazing paintings and art that fills
the place with color and soul.
If you think it ends there...
HECK NO
There is a lot of history behind this
place, from fishing shop with cellar to restaurant with shutters in the rooms
where the food could be hoisted
up and down and served.
I love that they decided to preserve
everything old so you can walk
around and look at paintings
and old photos.
And see how it used to look before,
and now with a little more modern
mix style. Not bad at all 😉
And now the great hall where the great market hall was and low ceilings.
Now they have opened it all up,
and brought out the history behind
this place and found the original
ceilings and walls. So cool!
The stairs you see on the left led to
the kitchen, and the small door
was where they hoisted down
the food to be served.
Here you can book a table and
eat like a king 😁 lol
This was by far my favorite spot in
this place, and the paintings
here was truly amazing.

So I have to say that I loved what they
done with the place, and how they
wanted to get back to the old
feeling and original style.
I APROVE!
I found a new favorite place to
eat and visit whenever I am
back home. YEAY!

and I can't belive only a while back
we were buying food here like in
a supermarket. Feels Sureal 🤪
That was my unexpected experience
in a old - new - old again place 😁
Not bad to live in a small town that
really cares about its history and works
hard to preserve old buildings and
gives tourists a lot to experience.
