As the sun continues to drift lower in the sky, here in the Northern Hemisphere, we took a family walk in our beloved nearby marshlands to check out the wildlife, sights and smells. Always a fun weekend adventure to bring the camera with, just in case anything interesting happens to show. Sadly, no Sasquatch again on this one...
The beaver dens were in full force.
The Canadian geese were around, as always:
A tundra swan was seen too; I'm really hoping to get some better photos of them soon as they typically stop in this area in massive quantities around Thanksgiving time.

Then away we went, happy with yet a fun day and a few hours spent outdoors...
