Churches have always made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. Such large interior spaces make me feel like they are going to collapse on top of me. Perhaps it is some kind of medical condition; I have no idea if anyone else experiences this. However, churches are among my favorite places to take photos. There are always many details to capture, and the lighting rarely helps us do so. So you have to stay calm and set up your camera properly. Nowadays, many cameras no longer have as many problems with high ISO, but this is not the case with older cameras. These are images of the Cathedral of San Salvador, which really don't do justice to its beauty.
