Intro

In this post there are pictures of the Obermühlbach in the municipality of Sankt Englmar. I found this place by chance when I discovered a stream next to the road. As I found out at home, a few hundred meters further down are the Nagelsteiner waterfalls, which I will visit on my next trip to the Bavarian Forest.

In diesem Post gibt es Bilder vom Obermühlbach in der Gemeinde Sankt Englmar. Ich habe diesen Ort rein zufällig gefunden als ich neben der Straße einen Bach entdeckt hatte. Wie ich zu Hause feststellen musste befinden sich ein paar Hundert Meter weiter abwärts die Nagelsteiner Wasserfälle, die ich bei der nächsten Reise in den Bayerischen Wald besuchen werde.

Forest stream

A small inconspicuous stream that has to pass countless obstacles on its way into the valley is a welcome motif for me. Whether in recordings that include the surroundings, as in this post, or in details as in the next post, there are plenty of motifs there. As usual, I show each subject in short and long exposure and with the corresponding exposure data.

Waldbach

Ein kleiner unscheinbarer Bach, der auf seinem Weg ins Tal unzählige Hindernisse passieren muß ist für mich ein willkommenes Motiv. Ob in Aufnahmen, die die Umbebung mit einbeziehen, wie in diesem Post, oder in Details wie im nächsten Post, Motive gibt es dort jede Menge. Wie gewohnt zeige ich jedes Motiv in kurzer und in langer Belichtung und mit den entsprechenden Aufnahmedaten.
