Hello Hiveians! And Happy Thanksgiving!
Just wanted to share a quick post and message.
I'm not much of a holiday person, at all really, and I don't look at Thanksgiving in the traditional sense, but more of the literal sense, of a day to be thankful.
And I think that after almost 2 years of a global pandemic, and the fact that we're still here and at least surviving and hopefully thriving, that we all have a lot to be thankful for.
Compared to last year, the biggest thing I'm thankful for this year is that Covid has gotten under control enough here in the US, that we have gotten back to somewhat normalcy, and I've been able resume travel and photography and doing the things I enjoy without worrying as much. I still don't feel things are stable or under control enough yet to do longer international trips as I would really like to, but hopefully next year.
I'm also thankful of course that me and my family weren't severely impacted by Covid, as so many millions of people were, both in either health or financial terms. Very few people in my family got covid thankfully.
So, with that said, I'll post a few photos in no particular order of some of the people, things or moments I'm thankful for this year, and pass the question on to you, what, or who are you thankful for this year? Let me know in the comments, and even feel free to share a photo of what you're thankful for!
Catch you on the next post,
Sean
