Fogs are a bit magical. For several hours in the morning or in the evening they live their rich, active life: they rise on the river and in the lowlands, begin to spread around, flow in a thick veil, almost completely blocking the space from sight, and almost evaporate, indicating their presence with a light haze.
The Kamenka River in the Vladimir region, Russia, although not very large, often boasts beautiful, dense fogs. You can just scoop them with your hands on this foggy morning. But after sunrise, it quickly disappears without a trace.
I love such foggy mornings, there is always something to shoot — the fog gives the view additional mystery and charm. In the photo here and at the beginning of the post — the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the town of Suzdal, Vladimir region. This is one of the architectural monuments of the Vladimir-Suzdal principality, recognized as World Heritage, its lower part belongs to the XIII century, the upper — to the XVI century.
It's better to watch the photo in high resolution.
