"The American Bald Eagle"

Good evening Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all tonight is something I've been wanting to do for along time, since starting this photography venture, and talking to all the birders at my local lake, they told me were to go to find the Adult American Bald Eagle's. Such a far drive I was putting off so many times, but then a buddy I used to work with along time ago, wanted to go, he said he'd drive too. Well I finally did it, woke up at three in the morning for a long drive, got up to the mountains before sunrise and it was about twenty five degrees when we got there, cold but we can do this. It was going to be the best day, Sun out and about fifty five at its high, so it was a perfect time to go. Now when we went there, I went the wrong direction, we didn't find the Bald Eagle's but we did run into a couple of Coyotes, that was hard to get some good shot's in because they weren't really that close to us. Now moving to the mountain area by the lake, we meet many birds and get many shot's in, Sun is up now and we came across a lot of Acorn Woodpeckers, shooting for a bit we were like, go back to the lake or do the loop around the mountain now, good thing we chose to do the loop because success we found these two American Bald Eagle's. We came we saw and we concurred on what we set out to do, it was a relief because I knew I'd be upset if we didn't find them. Even though I say its really about the journey and it was I just really needed to see them and get some shot's in of them. I got two opportunity of some flight shot's but they were further out a bit, wish we got them on this tree or should I say off but one flew behind were they are facing now, I went up the hill to try and get eye level and once I almost got in position, a perfect no leave perch, it flew off, now behind the other, it flew off, oh well maybe next time because I want to go again for sure. Anyways more shot's coming of these two, the in flight and some other cool ones I got but it seems I'm never happy with what I got and I want more and to do better and better but that is why I keep going, to practice to get better but as for most photographers we never are happy with the shot's, even though many praise them. I suppose that's the life of a photographer, especially when you are real critical of yourself. Thanks for stopping by my blog and post today, appreciate you all and hope you enjoy my work.
