I have been following the work of Brazilian photographer Bruna Valença for a few years now, and it was an immense honor to be able to talk about it (and about her) in the latest issue of Mina.
Bruna has a creative and quite daring experimental work, where she transforms polaroids and reconstructs images from collages or other experiments, such as setting the photographs on fire.
In what she calls hybrid photography, Bruna seeks to expand the way she shares her feelings by overflowing them into her pieces. Without fear of making mistakes, as true art has to be.
