Here are just a few shots from my visit to a local farm.
The first thing you see at the little show farm is the chickens.
They roam around all over the place looking for random insects and bits of food.
They are all really tame because people are visiting this place all the time. Some of them you can even pet.
The turkeys are even more tame. They don't care if you pet them or not and are too busy fixing their feathers to run away.
This one finally got a bit annoyed from all my photos but still stayed sunbathing in the grass.
The draft horses are always looking for petting near the edge of the fence.
The sheep are out in the field grazing.
They have plenty to eat here.
The only thing they have to worry about is the heat. This one chose to hang out in the shade.
Here's the main herd of them. They'll have this grass cut down in no time.
There are even a couple pigs here. They were laying around in some mud trying to keep cool.
That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)
