Bring on the Green

Now I should clarify I am talking about the greens of nature here, Winter is still holding on and we don't have many signs of spring, but with the temps climbing up into the 40s for the next week I am hopeful this is a sign that spring will soon be making an appearance.

Now thinking about that I was looking forward to the fresh greens coming out as spring comes into season, and that's what I will focus on for this post, with some images from a couple of walks I took back in April last year.

I guess one could say I find the arrival of spring and the greens coming out quite sublime and beautiful so let me make this a post for #SublimeSunday is inspired by Hive account@c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by Hive account@ace108.

Now what's different with this post from most of my post is these were not taken at the early morning on one of my sunrise walks, When my wife has an appointment at the Salon for her hair, there's a couple of spots I head to for a quick walk while filling in time till I have to head back and pick her up, and starting with one of them the Acushnet Sawmill, A nice small wall beside the water

Including over this flowering portion of the stream, I believe this little falls and drops are to help the fish spawning upriver here, I have yet to see the fish but hope that one day I will

And another portion of the water, it was great to see the new growth and fesh greens on this walk last year

And this is another spot not to far from the Salon also in Acushnet, It has another nice small walk by the woods, but also this flowing water, which I focused on for this visit, primarily I was siting hoping to catch some photos of birds,

But even if not having luck catching bird photos its a lovely spot to relax in with the sound of the running water, the nice breeze and the sounds of birds in the woods
which I will admit I didn't have much luck with but i will try again this year visiting this spot
