I will cross that bridge when I get to it
Well shortly after I hit the share button for this post I am heading off to the medical center to do my Cardiac Treadmill Stress test, so wish me luck
For those now sure what the test is in simple terms they hook monitors up on your body to track blood flow and heart rate in various spots, get you on a treadmill and start you off walking and speed it up to get your heart rate up to a set rate per your age, as I understand it is 220 less your age, so for me that would be to get my heart rate up to 156.
I am not worried about the test at all, but it is a key step in determining if I have the surgery the Onclologist has scheduled for the 5th of Feb, if I pass it the Cardiologist will clear me for the surgeryon the 23rd if not, ohh well as the title of this post says I will cross that bridge when I get to it.
BUt I have bene doign each morning after my VR workout jogging on the spot for 5 to 10 minutes and monitoring my heart rate on my apple watch and have a few times got it up over the 156 rate without any chest pains or anything so I am hoping it all goes well
But getting back to the title and Bridges today I am goign to share a few shots taking at the Fall River Heritage State Park and focusing on the Braga bridge

I call it the Braga Bridge but its full name is The Charles M. Braga Jr. Memorial Bridge, also known as simply The Braga, is a through truss bridge that carries Interstate 195 over the Taunton River between the town of Somerset and the city of Fall River, near the mouth of the Quequechan River at the confluence with Mount Hope Bay. At just over a mile long, it is one of the longest bridges in Massachusetts. Opened to traffic on April 15, 1966
