Mono Monday - a More moody side of things
Another Monday is upon us and I hope you all had a good weekend and wishing you a good week ahead
and as is my Habit for today I am sharing a few mono images.
Now often I edit mono more bright but I decided to try and mix it up today and instead find some images that I thought would work well with higher contrast edits given a more moody and perhaps dark feel partially as the first photo I will share just seemed to need that sort of edit, and secondly to try and add some variety to my feed so its doesn't get boring.
This is looking out on the Pier at Fort Tabor Park I spot I visited a lot last year, not sure if I have even visited there this year so far

this next shot is in St Mary's Cemetery here an old cemetery and with it being foggy the morning I took this shot I felt it fitted well in this post as it does have a dark moody feel to it

Now same may think Cemeteries are dark anyway so doing a moody edit makes sense, perhaps they may also may think not so for a shot in a park by a pond, but I went for it anyway with this next shot I just though the bare branches of the tree worked well in a moody edit

Now this one I tried for a moody edit when I did it but as I add it to this post, I don't think it is as moody as the other images looking at some of the boats in the port

And same for this one, I guess my normal bright and good mood took over my intention to do more darker edits for this post

And that’s all folks
unless stated otherwise all photos used in my posts are taken and owned by myself, if you wish to use any of my images please contact me.
