a few shots here and there
OOps of course it is not monday its Saturday I guess I had a brain fade, ohh well share my planned Saturday post on MOnday
Keeping with my habit of sharing MonoChrome shots on a Monday, but I do think these really are all Black and white, but then again that is a form of Monochrome :)
I hope your weekend goes well
Starting with a shot from a walk on Pope's Island, which I have had no lucl visiting of recent, the old Swing truss bridge has bene having issues and often getting stuck and the couple of times I planned to head to the Island the bridge was closed for vehicle traffic and I headed elsewhere including this morning and then I take a turn and head somewhere else
I am sure there are a lot less boats docked here at the moment, over winter many are taken off the water and only go back when the weather is nicer again
Off course the commercial boats are there year round, I like this view where is has a mix of pleasure and commercial boats

and another of my favorite spots Fort Taber Park, and Fort Rodman, which is perhaps one of the subjects I most edit in Mono chrome it just seems to work so well that way, although I do also do many color shots of it

and on POpes Island again for this next shot, and speaking of the Swing Truss Bridge, with its age and all the issues it has bene having recently maybe a mono shot of it, is more fitting
