a few recent sunrise shots from a couple of walks
I have bene able to get out for a couple of early morning walks recently, in fact I could have got out for another one this morning, as I tend to do when I wake up I first check the weather apps, well thats second, first I check the time to make sure its not the middle of the night, then if its close to 4Am when I normally wake up I check the weather.
This morning 3 of the 4 weather apps I said all indicated about a 60% chance of rain this morning, so I stayed in, and did my steps inthe sun room, when it got light enough for me to check there had been no rain, but oh well tomorrow is another day.
I do love getting out for morning walks, its my favorite way to start the day, so I am a happy camper there will be more days when I can get out for early morning walks again for the next few months.
MOrning walks are what I do most, for a few reasons, as I said I love waking up and getting moving, so getting out for a photo walk is a good way to do that, another reason being my wife doesnt fele up to getting out much, so I do not like leavingher alone and heading out for a photo walk during hte day when she is up to often, and thirdly and somewhat related she sleeps inb a lot later than I do so I can get out for a good walk, get home and do editing and preparing posts while she is still sleeping.
OK lets get to the photos
Starting off from a shot from yesterday morning ( as I prepare this draft) I headed to popes Island initially, I had not bene there for a photo walk yet this year, and I was lucky enough to catch a fairly nice sunrise.

Another walk I took was at Neds Point in Mattapoisett, I often share shots of the light house there, but this time focusing on the other views, this one actually looking away from the rising sun, towards the moon adding a nice glow on the water
