some more festive decorations

For today I am sharing a few more shots of some of the Christmas decorations in the downtown historic district here in New Bedford

Starting with this tree down across the road from the port

I didn't get shots of the city's main tree by City hall as it wasn't lit up at the time I did this walk, I did plan to get some more shots of the are at this time of year at two events the city held, one the main tree lighting and the other and evening stroll with carolers and other activities, but alas they both happened when I was not feeling the best with first a Sinus infection and then a bad toothache

Ohh well I guess it was not meant to be this year, maybe next year I will catch those events

This is looking down one of the main streets downtown, I think it is pleasant street they have it decorated very nicely

and the tree again I started with and beside it a restaurant / Tapas bar called Cork

I will admit when I first moved here back in 2020 and drove past this place I saw the name Cork and thought it was an Irish restaurant and got excited to check it out, but no its a Tapas place LOL

Cork has an outdoor area, of course heading into winter I am sure it isnt used at this time
