Good Morning I hope your weekend is going well
These shots I had edited thinking I would use them for a a Market Friday post, but I find watching fish in an aquarium or at the buttonwood park zoo in this case quite beautiful in general.
But watching jellyfish I find both beautiful and kind of sublime, when I saw these I stood watching them float up and down as they do almost mesmerized by them and found myself feeling quite calm and relaxed.

the lighting in the area where the jellyfish were on display was minimal at best, I really had to crank up the ISO to get these shots, and and quite pleased how my Sony A7IV handles high ISO, the shots of the jellyfish are at an ISO of 16,000, and sure there is some noise but I think the shots are still OK.
ON previous cameras I have had such an high ISO would have made such noisy shots I would not have used them.
MY main focus for this post is on the Jellyfish, but I slipped in a couple of other shots as well such as this cute little fish.

Some interesting facts about Jellyfish
Jellyfish have been in our oceans for over 500 million years - that's longer than dinosaurs, and a lot longer than us.
they are 95% water
Surprisingly, jellyfish are mostly made up of water, not jelly. This is why they look so different in the water than out of it.
They don’t have brains, hearts, or lungs
Jellyfish are very simple organisms. Their bodies are made up of just three layers— the outer epidermis, a gelatinous middle layer called the mesoglea, and the inner gastrodermis.
