The Tree on Buttonwood Pond
Good Morning everyone Happy Saturday and have a good weekend.
This post is from a recent walk I took around the pond in Buttonwood Park, which is very close to y house and hence a place I often visit for a quick walk, when walking around the pond I am I guess one could say obsessed by t he tree on the little island in the middle of the pond and cannot resist taking shots of it, and will be sharing in todays post shots of it taken in various seasons, a couple from a recent walk and the rest from visits over the past year.
From the Ice on the pond you can probably guess this first shot was taken during winter, surrounded by seagulls geese and ducks.

Another shot from this past winter that I thought worked well in Mono, I could have saved it for a Mono Monday post of course, but decided to slip it into this post.

And another shot of the tree, from a foggy day last year I love the surreal moody feeling fog can give.

some nice warm greens coming back on the tree they stand out even more as the trees in the background are still dry and brownish.

And this next shot must be from fall last year with the lovely colors on the other side of the pond and a nice one to finish off this post with I think
