Conceptual Studio Photoshoot : Casual Red

Its nearly two years since the Corona Virus outbreak. All event was delayed or stopped by the government to prevent the virus from spreading.

Starting this month our state have already been accepted to enter the 4th phase of the National Recovery Plan, which now we can do events with 50% capacity of the venue and of course with STRICT SOP.

So I had a chance to join one of my fellow photographer to take photos of one of the contestant of Miss Petite Global Sabah.

Its a casual photoshoot for her portfolios and for her promotion before the event. This is her first time joining a beauty pageant. She did great on the photoshoot with my friend, and I managed to take some of her photos after my friend finished with his job.

One challenge on this photoshoot was, going to get her to connect with me. I had to do some warm up shoot before conducting her with poses luckily she is a very cooperative person.

Another challenge for me was the lighting setup. This was my first time doing a photoshoot in my friend's studio. I had to adapt to the lighting setup on the studio. After a few adjustment on the lighting positioning, below are the result of the photoshoot.
